Sarah Phillips Chief Clinical Officer

Sarah Phillips, MSN, RN, is the Chief Clinical Officer at Matthew 25, where she leads clinical and quality operations with a focus on excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. With over 15 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, Sarah brings both strategic insight and clinical expertise to advancing patient-centered care.
