Courtney Woolfork is the Chief Executive Officer at Matthew 25 AIDS Services, a prominent local non-profit organization dedicated to improving public health outcomes. A Henderson County resident since 2011, Courtney moved from Hopkins County and completed her education at Murray State University’s Henderson Campus, where she majored in Healthcare Administration.
Courtney’s journey with Matthew 25 began in 2017 as the organization’s first Human Resources Specialist. Her leadership and dedication led her to the role of CEO in 2022, following the retirement of the founder. Under her stewardship, the organization has achieved significant milestones, including securing additional Ryan White Part C funding for Indiana, expanding hepatitis C and HIV prevention services, launching an in-house pharmacy, and attaining a substantial CDC grant to enhance HIV/STI prevention and treatment.
A passionate advocate for her faith, healthcare equity, and public health, Courtney is committed to leading with integrity and fostering community engagement. Her professional credentials include a certification in Human Resources, completion of the Welborn Baptist Foundation’s Next Generation Leadership Academy, the Henderson Leadership Initiative Program, and the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program. In 2023, she was honored as one of Henderson’s Top 20 Under 40 Leaders by Henderson Family Magazine.
Courtney is also actively involved in numerous community initiatives and nonprofit boards and workgroups, both locally and nationally. She is the proud mother of two teenagers, Aubrie and Mikey Woolfork, who attend school in Henderson County.
