HIV
Get results in 60 seconds. The CDC recommends everyone ages 13 to 64 should get tested for HIV at least once in their life.
Anyone with the following risk factors should get tested once every three months or at least once a year.
- You’re a man who has had sex with another man.
- You’ve had anal or vaginal sex with someone who has HIV.
- You’ve had more than one sex partner since our last HIV test.
- You’ve shared needles, syringes, or other drug injection equipment (ex: cookers)
- You’ve exchanged sex for drugs or money.
- You’ve been diagnosed with or treated for another sexually transmitted infection, hepatitis, or tuberculosis (TB).
- You’ve had sex with someone who has done anything listed above or you don’t know their sexual history.
Hepatitis C
Get results in as little as 15 minutes. The CDC recommends that anyone 18 and older should get tested once in their lifetime, as well as any pregnant person.
Routine testing should occur for anyone with the previous or ongoing risk factors:
- People who currently or have previously injected drugs and shared needles, syringes, or other drug preparation equipment.
- People with selected medical conditions, including people who receive maintenance hemodialysis.
- People with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
- Prior recipients of transfusions or organ transplants, including:
- People who received clotting factor concentrates produced before 1987.
- People who received a transfusion of blood or blood components before July 1992.
- People who received an organ transplant before July 1992.
- People who were notified that they received blood from a donor who later tested positive for HCV infection.
- Health care, emergency medical, and public safety personnel after needle sticks, sharps, or exposure to HCV-positive blood.
- Infants born to people with known Hepatitis C.
