Runway Red

Runway Red Is Less Than a Month Away. Join Us for a Night of
Impact, Fashion & Celebration.

The countdown is on! In less than one month, the curtain will rise
on one of our community’s most anticipated evenings, Runway
Red 2026. This year’s event is especially meaningful as we
officially launch our 30-Year Anniversary Campaign, celebrating
three decades of hope, healing, and unwavering commitment
through Matthew 25.

For 30 years, Matthew 25 has stood beside individuals living with
and affected by HIV, and this year, we celebrate not only how far
we’ve come, but where we’re going next.

Whether you’re coming out to support one of our amazing
models, get a first glimpse of the upcoming spring/summer
fashions our area boutiques have to offer, or are an advocate for
our work, we can’t wait to see you.

Fashion Meets Purpose

Runway Red is where heart meets style. Community members
will take the runway modeling the latest spring fashions from
our incredible local boutiques — showcasing not only fresh
looks for the season, but the strength and unity of our
community.
This is more than a fashion show. It’s a statement that
Henderson and the surrounding region stand together in
support of compassion, dignity, and access to care.
We encourage everyone to support our local retailers who
also support Matthew 25 and we are thrilled to partner with
each of these businesses. Thank you to Dillard’s, Elite
Downtown, Sweet Pea’s, William Gray Haberdashery, Tip Top
Design Company, A Wild Hare, Charlie & Claire’s, Hattie
James Bridal, Radiant Sun Boutique and Just Chic.

Your Donations Stay Local

Every dollar raised at Runway Red remains right here in the communities we serve across Indiana and Kentucky.

  • Your support helps:
  • Provide life-saving medical care and support services
  • Remove barriers to treatment
  • Assist with medication costs
  • To keep individuals engaged in care

And this year, you’ll be the first to see your impact in action as we debut our Annual Report during the event. Real data, real stories, real lives changed.

Community

Support Group Guest Speakers Welcome

Matthew 25 hosts monthly, in-person support groups in Henderson, Bowling Green, and Evansville. Each two-hour session includes a meal, time to connect, and open conversations about living with HIV.
We talk about topics like staying engaged in medical care, building healthy relationships, reducing stigma, treatment adherence, disclosure support, and overall wellness. Our licensed mental health counselors — Jake, Tonya, and Wade — lead each group and create a welcoming, supportive space.

We are currently looking for guest speakers who would be willing to share their knowledge. We’re looking for individuals with expertise in any of the following areas:

  • Healthcare Professionals: HIV/AIDS specialists, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, or anyone with medical care experience.
  • Mental Health Experts: Therapists, social workers, or grief counselors who work with chronic illness or HIV.
  • LGBTQ+ Advocates: Those who support LGBTQ+ communities, focusing on stigma, identity, and inclusion.
  • Legal & Rights Advocates: Lawyers or legal aid professionals who can address HIV-related discrimination or legal rights.
  • Public Health Educators: Professionals in HIV prevention, risk reduction, or sexual health.
  • Community Leaders & Nonprofits: Leaders from local organizations that serve people living with HIV/AIDS.
  • Faith Leaders: Pastors or chaplains knowledgeable about HIV/AIDS care within faith-based communities.
  • Transportation & Accessibility Experts: Those working in transportation programs or services for people living with HIV.
  • Sexual Violence Prevention Educators: Experts who can address healthy relationships, safety, and trauma.

If you have expertise in any of these areas and would like to lead a discussion, we would love to connect with you. Your voice can help reduce stigma and provide meaningful support to those we serve. Healthcare

Is PrEP Right for YOU?

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a daily pill that can reduce your risk of getting HIV by up to 99% when taken as prescribed. It’s a powerful tool for prevention, and it may be a good option for you.

  • PrEP is recommended for:
  • Individuals who have a partner living with HIV
  • People who inject drugs
  • Those with multiple sexual partners
  • Anyone who wants an extra layer of protection and peace of mind

Before starting PrEP, you must take an HIV test and test negative. PrEP is only for individuals who do not
have HIV. You do need insurance to receive PrEP, but don’t let that stop you. Matthew 25 can help you navigate coverage options and determine what you qualify for. Our PrEP Navigators are here to answer your questions, talk through your situation, and help you decide if PrEP is right for you. Prevention is
personal, and we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Tester Trained

We believe in equipping our team to meet the needs of our community efficiently and compassionately. Cross-training staff allows us to remain flexible, responsive, and ready to serve when it matters most. We are excited to share that Abygail Butts, Chloe Deemer, and Aisha Coburn are now certified HIV testers.
Congratulations to each of them on this achievement!
Their certification strengthens our ability to provide timely testing and connect individuals to care more quickly — helping us continue our mission of accessible, patient centered support.

Access to Care Begins with a Ride There

For many of our clients, healthcare isn’t just about making an appointment. It’s about finding a way to get there. In the rural communities we serve, transportation can be one of the biggest barriers to staying engaged in care. Missed rides often mean missed appointments, delayed treatment, and added stress. At Matthew 25, we work to remove that barrier. In 2025 alone, we provided 1,959 rides through agency transportation, Uber, shuttle services, gas cards, and bus
tokens. Each ride represents more than miles traveled — it represents continuity of care, medication adherence, and
peace of mind. Because access to care doesn’t begin at the clinic door. It starts with a safe, reliable way to get there.

Job Openings

Looking for a career that truly makes a difference? Matthew 25 is growing and we’re excited to welcome new team members! If you are ready for a new opportunity with a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
