Sarah Phillips is the Chief Clinical Officer at Matthew 25, where she leads clinical and quality operations with a commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. As CCO, Sarah works closely with the leadership team to shape strategies that support organizational growth, expand services, and sustain Matthew 25’s continued impact in the community.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive, Advanced (NEA-BC), by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With over 15 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, including long-term care, emergency care, home health, and trauma, Sarah brings both strategic insight and clinical expertise to advancing patient-centered care.
