Missy Dixon is the Chief Compliance Officer at Matthew 25, where she is responsible for developing and monitoring Matthew 25’s compliance program that protects patients, supports staff, and ensures the organization operates ethically and effectively within a complex healthcare environment.
She holds degrees in science and business administration, completed the UCLA Anderson School of Management Health Care Executive Program, and is certified in Health Care Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association’s Compliance Certification Board.
Known for her expertise in navigating complex regulatory requirements, she is dedicated to advancing a culture of integrity and accountability.
Outside of her professional role, she loves spending time with her husband, their children, grandchildren, and three dachshunds.
