Even though 2020 was a rough year, the staff at Matthew 25 can agree on one thing–We have some of the best employees!
We held our annual staff vote for our Employee of the Year and this morning we announced the winner at our first staff meeting of 2021, and we couldn’t have selected a better winner!
This person is relentlessly dedicated, caring, will drop absolutely everything to help coworkers and patients alike, and despite the difficulties she faced keeping Zack’s Kitchen fully stocked and making sure all of our food deliveries were made, she never got flustered or let 2020 get her down.

BethAnne Clayton!
BethAnne has been with Matthew 25 for about 3 years now and is our Nutrition Specialist! Her roles include coordinating our food deliveries for our patients in Henderson, Evansville, and Owensboro, meeting with patients and going over nutritional needs and helping them develop strategies to improve wellness, as well as to access community resources.
She is one of the people who interact with our patients the most, and she provides them some of the best care possible. Without BethAnne, we don’t know where we would be. She has taken Zack’s Kitchen and totally revamped it to be more efficient, nutritious, and to better serve our communities.
