Matthew 25 AIDS Services, Inc. plans to pack the Community Baptist Church auditorium
on Saturday, September 28th when the nonprofit organization stages its twelfth annual charity
fashion show and brunch, Runway Red.
Runway Red attendees will have the opportunity to view current fashions from all around the
Tri-State, while also enjoying door prizes, a silent auction, and a delicious catered brunch during
the event. This year, Matthew 25 AIDS Services is delighted to bring the community diverse fall
fashions, including men’s and women’s stylings, something different and exciting from past Runway
Red events. Vendor tables featuring a variety of products from independent sales representatives
will also be set up to allow attendees to view and purchase items.
All proceeds from the event will go to Matthew 25 AIDS Services, a local specialty medical clinic
that supports, educates and treats those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Matthew 25 has
been a nonprofit serving the community since 1996. In 2018, services were provided to 616 HIV
positive individuals, including HIV medical care and primary care, transportation, food pantry, and
housing services. 832 free HIV tests were done throughout the community through partnerships with
local organizations, and 2,333 individuals received prevention education.
Doors open at 9 a.m. for vendor shopping, with fashion show beginning at 10 a.m. Admission is
$25 per person and tables of six (6) may be reserved for $150. Tickets can be purchased by
contacting Matthew 25’s Community Services Coordinator, Nicole Lowe at 270-826-0200 at
nlowe@matthew25clinic.org. Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your group and individual
tickets early to not miss out on this fall fashion event that gives back to our community.
