Wow!
We knew this year was hard on everyone, from economic hardships and the restrictions and health problems caused by COVID-19, but we fully trusted in our community.
And boy did our community come through for us! In 2019, Matthew 25 was able to raise approximately $6,000 for our Yuletide program and with that provide meals to over 165 families in need.
But we wanted to go above and beyond, since our patients were among the hardest hit by the events of 2020. We wanted to raise enough money to feed 170 families, and thankfully, by some Christmas miracle, we raised $10,000! This guaranteed the 177 families that signed up for our Yuletide Delivery Program a fully-funded Christmas meal!
We cannot begin to thank our followers, their friends and family, and all other members of our extended community for their support this year and in the past. It is because of our network that we are able to provide these extra special resources to those in most-need.
We are eager to see what this new year holds for Matthew 25, our patients, and those that have supported and helped us throughout the past. Thank you for your assistance and dedication, whether this has been your first time giving, or your thousandth. Each and every cent and ounce of effort helps.
